We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Student Counsellor to join our team in Thiruvalla. Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping students make informed decisions about their international education journey. Experience in student counselling, telecalling, sales, or overseas education will be an added advantage, but freshers with the right communication and learning skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Guide students through course, university, and country selection.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences.
- Assist students with the admission and application process.
- Provide information about visa procedures and required documentation.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth application process.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and visa processes.

Requirements





- Freshers and candidates with 1–2+ years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, customer service, or overseas education will have an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in counselling, student guidance, and sales.
- Willingness to learn about international universities, admissions, and visa procedures.
- Positive attitude and ability to build good relationships with students and parents.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and target-oriented approach.
