About the Role
Canscorp Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Solar EPC Project Manager to lead utility-scale and commercial solar projects from planning to successful commissioning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing complete EPC projects, including engineering coordination, procurement, site execution, client management, and project delivery

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects from award to handover.
- Plan project schedules, resources, budgets, and execution strategy.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction activities.
- Lead site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, and statutory authorities.
- Manage billing, project documentation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.





Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience in Solar EPC project execution.
- Successfully managed multiple utility-scale (10 MW+) or large C&I; solar projects.
- Robust knowledge of HT/LT systems, SCADA, grid synchronization, testing & commissioning.
- Excellent leadership, client management, and team coordination skills.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.

Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in Solar EPC project execution.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, and government solar projects is preferred.
- Candidates from leading Solar EPC companies such as Sterling & Wilson, Tata Power Solar, Mahindra Susten, Jakson, Waaree, Vikram Solar, L&T;, Kalpataru, or similar organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
