We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Construction Site Safety Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols. In this role, you will be the primary line of defense against workplace hazards, ensuring our crew operates in a secure, compliant environment. The ideal candidate possesses sharp risk-assessment skills, deep regulatory knowledge, and the communication strength to foster a proactive safety culture among diverse site teams.Core Responsibilities

- Site Inspections: Conduct daily walk-throughs to evaluate structural integrity, machinery safety, and scaffolding stability.
- Hazard Mitigation: Identify immediate workspace risks and implement corrective actions on the spot.
- Toolbox Talks:



Lead daily pre-shift safety briefings and deliver targeted training sessions to field personnel.
- PPE Enforcement: Guarantee 100% compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements for all workers and visitors.
- Incident Management: Investigate near-misses and accidents, document root causes, and file regulatory compliance reports.
- Emergency Readiness: Coordinate routine site evacuation drills, fire safety checks, and first-aid response protocols.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
