Sales And Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Visit colleges, universities, and companies to promote Vtricks Technologies' training programs and corporate solutions.

Build strong relationships with placement officers, HODs, principals, HR professionals, L&D; teams, and corporate decision-makers.

Organise seminars, workshops, technical talks, campus drives, and corporate training sessions.

Generate student admissions and corporate training leads.

Identify internship, placement, and hiring collaboration opportunities.

Represent Vtricks at education fairs, career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups.

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, and follow-up activities.

Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Marketing or Sales

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and nearby locations.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Experience in educational marketing, business development, or field sales is an added advantage.
