We are looking for a target-driven and field-oriented Senior Manager – Sales responsible for generating leads, meeting clients and closing deals independently.
Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate or B2B Sales with strong field-sales and target-achievement experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business through field visits, references and networking.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
- Meet clients, understand requirements and present solar solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, CXOs and decision-makers.
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Engineering and Projects teams for smooth closure.
- Regularly update CRM and sales reports.
Candidate Profile
- 6–12 years of sales experience.
- Strong field sales and deal-closing experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Aggressive, self-motivated and target-oriented with high ownership.
