- Prepare accurate product, assembly and child-part drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo or equivalent design software.
- Develop and modify 2D/3D models, assembly drawings, BOMs, dimensions, tolerances and GD&T.;
- Ensure drawings are error-free, production-ready and released within defined timelines.
- Control drawing revisions and ensure the latest approved drawings are available with Production, Quality, Purchase and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Tool Room, suppliers and customers on technical and drawing requirements.
- Identify and implement approved design improvement, cost reduction and manufacturability opportunities.
- Support current product development, drawing modifications and engineering changes.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, drawing practices and quality requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of 2D & 3D mechanical design and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo or equivalent software.
- Good understanding of GD&T;, tolerances, fits, BOM and manufacturing processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in bearing / automotive / precision engineering / manufacturing industry preferred.
