- Conduct technical verification and physical inspection of properties for loan proposals.
- Verify property measurements, construction quality, approved plans, and building specifications.
- Review technical valuation reports and identify deviations, discrepancies, and property-related risks.
- Coordinate with valuers, architects, legal, credit, and operations teams for technical due diligence.
- Conduct pre-sanction, post-sanction, and stage-wise construction inspections as required.
- Ensure timely technical reports and compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable guidelines.
