- Acquire new customers for Personal Loans and achieve monthly targets.
- Sourcing Mix: 60% Open Market & 40% Branch Channel / DST.
- Generate business through open-market and branch-led sourcing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure quality sourcing.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Full time Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant BFSI experience.
- Solid communication, sales, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-driven and customer-focused.
