- Installation, Service (Online and Offline) for all type of Laser machine such as Laser marking, laser welding, laser cutting and all, troubleshotting of machine as per application.
- Good with Electrical background, Positive in service of machine, Good communication
- Troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues with equipment and systems.
- Provide on-site support and maintenance services to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product quality.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce downtime.
