- Age Criteria: 18-30 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US-based customers.
- Generate leads and ensure consistent service quality.
- Meet performance targets set for calls and conversions.
- Maintain proper call documentation in CRM systems.
- Follow standardized communication protocols and scripts.
- Demonstrate professionalism and solid customer service in every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Fluent in English (Both spoken and written)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work a full-time 10-hour night shift (7:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday




- Available to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Previous BPO or voice process experience is an added advantage.
- Pursuing students can apply.
- No attendance requirement for eligible pursuing students
