This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, sales, operations, partnerships, and overall profitability of the SI business vertical. Candidates should possess extensive experience in System Integration, IT Infrastructure Solutions, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, and P&L; Management.

We are specifically seeking candidates who have successfully led the sales and business development function of an System Integration organization, demonstrated a solid growth mindset, and possess the strategic vision to scale the business. The selected individual will be responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and complete P&L; management of the division while reporting directly to the Director.

Job Objective-

- The Head of System Integration Business System Integration (SI) Business will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing profitability of the System Integration business.

- He will lead the overall business strategy, sales growth, technology partnerships, service delivery,



financial performance, and organizational development.

- The role demands a visionary leader with deep experience in the IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Data Center, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation ecosystem.

- He will be accountable for achieving revenue, profitability, market expansion, customer success, and long-term business sustainability.

Experiences:

18+ years of leadership experience in System Integration, IT Services, Technology Solutions, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure Services.

Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership roles such as CEO, COO, Business Head, Country Manager, Sales Director, or P&L; Head.

Proven experience managing businesses with significant revenue responsibility.

Strong track record of scaling organizations and delivering profitable growth.

Experience working with leading System Integrators, Global SI organizations, IT Infrastructure companies, Telecom providers, Cloud service providers, or Digital Transformation firms.
