What you will own
Hunt and close new brands, advertisers, and agencies — with Mumbai’s agency and brand ecosystem as your primary hunting ground
Run product demos in person and virtually; leverage face-to-face meetings to build trust and close faster
Map client marketing objectives to the right Social Gear solutions
Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, your network, referrals, and partnerships
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, close deals
Grow closed accounts into long-term revenue relationships
Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets — consistently
→ You have personally sold to Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, CMOs, Media Buyers,



or Agency Owners — and can name deals you closed with them.
→ You have a verifiable track record of hitting or beating targets. We will ask for specifics.
→ You can generate your own pipeline. No inbound leads will be handed to you in month one.
A strong added advantage: existing relationships within Mumbai’s agency and brand ecosystem; experience selling Influencer/Creator Marketing, Programmatic, or CTV solutions; familiarity with platforms such as The Trade Desk, PubMatic, DV360, or Amazon DSP from the buy side.

New advertisers and agencies acquired · Revenue closed · Ad spend managed through the platform · Pipeline-to-close conversion · Retention and account growth · Target achievement.
