We’re looking for a B2B Business Development qualified in Kolkata to grow LXL Ideas’ relationships with schools across Kolkata, West Bengal and the Eastern region; meeting school owners, trustees, directors and principals, and converting relationships into sustainable business.
You’ll front-end business development for School Cinema, SCIFF (School Cinema International Film Festival) and other LXL Ideas school initiatives.
What you bring:
- ~7 years in B2B / enterprise sales
- Consultative or concept-selling experience
- Proven ability to engage senior institutional decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
- Full sales-cycle ownership — prospecting to closure
- Exposure to education, EdTech, publishing, training, SaaS, media, events or other institutional businesses
- Existing relationships within the Kolkata / West Bengal school ecosystem — strong advantage
