Job Summary:
MARS COSMETICS is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Packaging Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to adapt packaging designs while maintaining cohesiveness across our product lines. This role is essential in ensuring that our packaging not only protects our products but also enhances the overall brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design innovative packaging solutions that align with brand identity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain
Ensure packaging designs are functional, cost-effective,
and meet regulatory requirements
Maintain consistency and cohesiveness across all packaging formats
Conduct market research to stay updated on packaging trends and consumer preferences
Oversee the production process of packaging materials and ensure quality control
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging design or a related role
Proven portfolio showcasing packaging design work
Experience with sustainable packaging solutions is a plus
Skills:
Solid aesthetic sense
Proficiency in packaging design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Knowledge of packaging materials and sustainability practices
Attention to detail
