- Lead Buyer sales and experience in a given MM (Conversions + NPS), guiding buyers through home buying and handling escalations
- Manage live listings in the MM - from sale readiness to lead pipeline building
- Actively manage and grow the CRM base
- Collaborate with growth, partnerships and product teams to drive initiatives for buyer side growth and experience improvement"
- 3+ years experience with exceptional track record in role / academics / extra curriculars
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
- Robust problem solving.
Pay: ₹60,000.16 - ₹80,000.86 per month
