- Strong handson experience in Core Mainframe technologies:
COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, IMS DB/DC
- Proven experience in both Batch and Online processing environments
- Experience working on mainframe rehosting / migration projects to Raincode / Micro Focus platforms
- Handson expertise with Raincode for code changes, compilation, debugging, and unit testing (Batch & Online)
- Ability to perform impact analysis and understand technical designs
- Experience working on enhancement projects with good understanding of SDLC
- Experience in SIT/UAT defect analysis and fixes
- Awareness of Agile methodologies

Valuable to Have

- IMS DB/DC, Easytrieve, Assembler, Datacom
- REXX and CLIST
- Telecom domain experience

Professional Competencies

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
