Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Vendor Central and Flipkart Vendor Hub.
- Handle product listing, catalogue updates, and product information management.
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Monitor sales, revenue, orders, returns, cancellations, and marketplace performance.
- Manage appointments and order-related activities on marketplace portals.
- Create and manage consignments on Flipkart as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and marketplace operations.
- Monitor marketplace updates and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate reports and data using MS Excel..
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, market performance, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and other internal teams.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, stock availability, and catalogue maintenance.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, feedback, and overall seller performance.
- Handle marketplace-related issues, claims, settlements,



escalations, and account-related concerns.
- Prepare regular MIS, sales, and performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rate, product visibility, and overall profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Flipkart Vendor Hub.
- Valuable knowledge of product listing and appointment management.
- Understanding of consignment creation on Flipkart.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Hands-on experience in E-Commerce Operations and Marketplace Management.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets within deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with hands-on experience in Consumer Electronics, Electronics, Appliances, or similar product categories will be preferred.
