About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, presentable and customer-oriented Sales & Store Executive to become an integral part of our jewellery showroom.

This is an all-round retail role. Every team member is expected to contribute to the smooth functioning of the showroom and take responsibility for customer service, sales, product handling, store presentation and day-to-day store activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.

- Understand customer requirements and confidently present suitable jewellery and gifting products.

- Explain product features, designs, pricing and other relevant details.

- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a premium showroom experience.

- Assist in billing, packing and customer follow-up as required.

2. Jewellery & Product Handling

- Carefully handle, arrange, clean and present jewellery and other products.

- Maintain proper display of jewellery and ensure products are kept in their designated places.

- Assist with opening, arranging, counting and safely storing jewellery as per store procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of jewellery, counters, showcases and display areas.

3. Showroom Maintenance

- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming showroom throughout the day.

- Perform routine dusting, cleaning and general upkeep of the showroom.





- Ensure counters, showcases, shelves and customer-facing areas remain presentable.

- Support opening and closing activities of the store.

4. Team & Daily Store Responsibilities

- Every employee is expected to contribute to routine store activities necessary for smooth operations.

- This may include arranging the workplace, preparing tea/refreshments for the team, cleaning utensils used by staff, organising supplies and other reasonable day-to-day tasks.

- No task should be considered “someone else's job” when it is required for the proper functioning of the showroom.

- Maintain a cooperative, respectful and team-oriented working environment.

5. Mobile Phone Policy

- Mobile phone usage during working hours should be strictly limited.

- Personal mobile phones should not be used unnecessarily while on duty.

- Mobile phones may be used when genuinely required for an emergency.

- During customer interactions and working hours, employees are expected to remain attentive and focused on their responsibilities.

- Excessive personal phone usage may affect work performance and will not be encouraged.

6. Discipline & Responsibility

- Maintain punctuality,



professional appearance and workplace discipline.

- Follow all company procedures relating to jewellery security, customer handling, billing and store operations.

- Maintain confidentiality regarding customers, sales, stock and company information.

- Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them carefully and efficiently.

Ideal Candidate

Prior experience in jewellery, retail, fashion, luxury products or customer service will be an advantage. However, attitude, honesty, discipline, communication skills and willingness to take responsibility are equally significant.
