Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities as per project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors for smooth site execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and daily work progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify/resolve execution issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and material records.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Manager for timely completion of work.
- Handle basic measurements, quantity checks, and site documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
