Job Title: Senior Interior Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Design Engineer to lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion. The candidate will work both from the office and project sites, ensuring high-quality design execution, coordination with clients and contractors, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning for residential projects.

Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, mood boards, and material selections.

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and present design proposals.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure designs are executed as planned.

Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors.

Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.

Ensure quality control, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety standards.

Resolve site-related design and execution issues promptly.

Review shop drawings and approve material samples before installation.

Guide and mentor junior interior designers and site engineers.





Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and client communication.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

5–8 years of experience in residential interior design and site execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.

Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and modular designs.

Strong project management and client-handling skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

Solid understanding of residential construction and interior execution.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Work Location

Office: Design planning, client meetings, drawing preparation, BOQ, and project coordination.

Site: Project supervision, quality checks, contractor coordination, progress monitoring, and client inspections.
