Kitchen Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all assigned kitchen partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for kitchen-related operational matters.
- Conduct regular kitchen visits and partner meetings.
- Understand kitchen partner concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure partners understand and follow Mealawe processes and SOPs.
2. Daily Kitchen Operations
- Monitor daily order preparation and dispatch operations.
- Ensure kitchens are ready for scheduled meal production.
- Track order acceptance, preparation, and dispatch timelines within the defined SLA.
- Coordinate with kitchens during peak operational hours and take immediate corrective actions for delays or bottlenecks.
3. Food Quality & Hygiene
- Conduct regular quality checks, food packaging audits, and hygiene assessments at partner kitchens.
- Ensure food quality, portion size, taste, and presentation meet Mealawe standards.
- Monitor packaging quality and correct labeling.
4. Order Accuracy & Customer Experience
- Monitor order accuracy and analyze customer complaints related to kitchen operations.
- Work with kitchen partners to reduce complaints, cancellations, rejections, and delays.
5. Kitchen Performance Management
- Track and improve key kitchen KPIs (acceptance rate, on-time preparation/dispatch, compliance, etc.).
- Prepare regular performance reports and highlight underperforming kitchens to the Operations Manager.
6. Coordination With Internal Teams
- Coordinate with City Operations, Customer Support, Delivery Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams.
- Support new kitchen onboarding, operational activation, menu changes, and pricing updates.
7. Menu & Production Coordination
- Ensure kitchens follow the approved Mealawe menu and maintain adequate raw-material planning.
- Monitor availability of menu items and address recurring stock issues.
8. Partner Training & SOP Implementation
- Train kitchen partners on Mealawe processes, kitchen systems/apps, packaging standards, and dispatch procedures.
9. Escalation & Problem Solving
- Take ownership of kitchen-related剧escalations, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.
- Maintain an escalation tracker and escalate high-impact issues immediately to the City Operations Manager.
10. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily/weekly kitchen performance reports and maintain kitchen visit/audit records using Excel/Google Sheets.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline. A background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food Technology, or Operations is an advantage.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in food delivery, cloud kitchens, restaurants, hospitality, FMCG operations, or partner/vendor management.
Required Skills
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and operational ownership.
- Comfortable with regular field visits (requires a two-wheeler and valid driving license).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to analyze basic operational data.
- Professional fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.

- Kitchen SLA: Improve on-time preparation & dispatch
- Food Quality & Accuracy: Maintain standards and minimize wrong/missing items
- Complaints & Issues: Reduce kitchen-related escalations and close them within defined TAT
- Compliance & Availability: Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs and uninterrupted operations
- Reporting: Accurate and timely MIS submission
Working Pattern & Compensation
- Type: Full-time role (Bangalore-based) with regular field visits and flexible schedule based on operations.
- Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
