Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on engaging prospective and existing clients over the phone to promote real estate investment opportunities. In this role, the specialist will make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, explain property offerings, and guide clients through the initial stages of the sales cycle. Daily activities include qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and following up to convert prospects into customers.



The specialist will collaborate with the sales team, provide feedback on client trends, and support continuous improvement of scripts and sales processes. This role also involves ensuring a positive client experience by addressing questions, offering clear information, and coordinating with other team members to move deals forward.

Qualifications

Strong Sales skills, including lead qualification, upselling, and closing over the phone.

Excellent Communication abilities, with clear spoken English/Hindi and active listening skills.

Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build trust.

Experience in Training or willingness to learn and adapt to recent sales techniques and product knowledge.

Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or real estate sales is preferred.

Comfort using CRM tools, call tracking software, and basic office applications.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related fields.
