As a BDA, you will interact with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain relevant solutions, and contribute to the company's growth through effective communication and relationship building.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve communication and business skills.
- Support the team in achieving overall business growth objectives.
- RequirementsAny graduate or final-year student can apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
