About the Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated graduates to join our growing team as Management & Business Development Associates.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed to give you practical, hands-on experience across business development, sales, customer engagement, team management, recruitment, and business operations.

The role follows a structured development pathway where you will initially learn and contribute to customer-facing activities, then take on greater responsibility in team development, recruitment, training, and business operations. Throughout the programme, you will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in structured training to develop skills in business development, sales, leadership, and business operations.
- Learn and implement customer engagement and business development strategies.
- Represent clients through professional face-to-face customer interactions.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve team performance and business growth.
- Take on progressively greater responsibilities based on your performance and development.
- Participate in regular reviews, training sessions, and development programmes.
- Build strong communication, leadership, organisational, and people-management skills.
