We are looking for a Senior Fashion Consultant to deliver an excellent customer experience, drive sales, provide personalized styling recommendations, and support day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, styles, and fits.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Drive sales conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, fabrics, fits, collections, and promotions.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain the store as per brand standards.
- Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations.
- Guide and mentor Fashion Consultants to improve their sales and customer-handling skills.
- Ensure product displays, stock availability, and store hygiene are maintained.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow company policies, processes, and grooming standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant retail experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of fashion, styling, and customer service.
- Solid sales and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment and rotational shifts.
