About the RoleMagna Industry is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Procurement / Purchase Head to manage the organization's procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, inventory planning, and ensuring the timely procurement of quality materials while maintaining compliance with company policies.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality.
- Manage the complete purchase cycle, including RFQs, purchase orders, vendor selection, and delivery follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to avoid stock shortages.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, components, and other operational requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, documentation,



and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns and delivery delays.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
