We are looking for a skilled and responsible Field Service Technician to join our Solar Service Team.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer sites for solar system installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customer sites for solar system inspection, service, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and electrical issues at customer locations.
- Perform inverter, battery, wiring, and system troubleshooting.
- Handle customer service complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
- Travel to different locations as required for service and maintenance work.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Solar, Electrical, Inverter, or Battery servicing preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.
