- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company’s services and offers clearly.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous telecalling/BPO/sales experience will be an advantage.
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
