Key Responsibilities:

- Handle volume hiring and white-collar recruitment for various client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Appna, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to interview coordination and joining.
- Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-up with candidates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview schedules and selection updates.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.




- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize positions based on urgency.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Robust experience in volume hiring and white-collar recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Appna and other job portals.
- Good sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and handle multiple requirements.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management.

Preferred: Immediate joiners with staffing/consultancy experience.
