PCEPhysioConnect is looking for a confident and result-oriented Student Counsellor & Sales Executive to handle student enquiries, counsel prospective students and convert leads into enrolled clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and website

* Understand student requirements and recommend the right course/service

* Explain course details, fees and enrolment process

* Follow up with interested students and convert leads into clients

* Maintain lead records and update CRM

* Coordinate with the academic/admin team when required

* Work towards monthly enrolment and sales targets

Candidate Requirements

* Strong communication and counselling skills

* Confident on calls and WhatsApp

* Positive English communication

* Sales and follow-up oriented

* Organised and comfortable working with targets

* Experience in education counselling, EdTech, overseas education or inside sales is preferred

Physiotherapy or healthcare knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory. Training will be provided.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
