About Us:

Paduka Hospitality runs Idlinama, TN Express, and Savoia - growing food and dessert brands across Delhi NCR. We're hiring housekeeping and dishwashing staff to keep our kitchens and outlets running clean and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize utensils, crockery, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, prep areas, dining areas and washrooms
- Dispose of waste as per hygiene protocol
- Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours (clearing, stacking, moving stock)
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times, including handwashing and sanitation protocols
- Report any equipment damage or maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:

- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Basic spoken Hindi required
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends
- Physically fit for standing, lifting, and repetitive manual work
- Punctual, hygiene-conscious, reliable
