- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor debt recovery agents and their performance.
- Conduct regular quality checks on collection calls and field activities.
- Ensure agents follow company policies and collection guidelines.
- Track recovery targets, productivity, and quality scores.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching/training.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle escalations and support the team in achieving recovery target
