Job RoleWe are looking for a CRM Executive / Customer Relationship Executive to manage and coordinate with our clients and customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing complete information regarding our sofa products, pricing, orders, deliveries, and payments.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client and customer calls, messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Provide complete product information and descriptions about our sofas and furniture products.
- Share product specifications, available designs, materials, fabrics, and other relevant details.
- Explain product pricing, quotations, offers, and applicable charges to customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmation and payment-related queries.
- Provide regular updates regarding order status and expected delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries related to product delivery, dispatch, and installation, where applicable.
- Coordinate internally with the sales, production, dispatch,



and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer, inquiry, order, payment, and follow-up records.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments, order confirmations, and required information.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English. Marathi is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and computer operations.
- Positive communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, back office, sales coordination, or client handling will be preferred.
- Experience in the furniture industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
