Malgudi Farms is looking for energetic, courteous, and service-oriented individuals to join our hospitality team as Service Staff / Waiters. The role involves delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests, maintaining service standards, and contributing to the warm and welcoming workplace that Malgudi Farms is known for.
- Key Responsibilities1. Guest ServiceGreet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain daily specials or farm-fresh offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle basic guest complaints politely and escalate when required.
- 2. Table & Dining Area ManagementSet up tables as per service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
- Ensure proper arrangement of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.

Coordination & TeamworkCoordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy and timely service.
- Assist in buffet setups, group events, school trips, and corporate outings.
- Support event services during large bookings and farm activities.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10th / 12th pass.
- Prior experience in restaurant, resort, or banquet service preferred.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred).
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays (peak hospitality days).
