Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence, build brand awareness, and elevate engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Adobe design tools and/or Canva, with strong visual thinking and content creation abilities suitable for the interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

2. Create engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content including posts, reels, stories, short videos, and project showcases

3. Design skilled company profiles, brochures, and marketing graphics using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva

4. Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with branding and marketing goals

5. Collect and curate content from project sites,



team interviews, and client updates

6. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

7. Manage social media interactions — comments, DMs, and inquiries

8. Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools

9. Work with marketing and business development teams to create presentation materials, proposals, and promotional designs

10. Support paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations when required

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field

* 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role

* Hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and/or Canva

* S trong graphic design skills, with the ability to create profiles, brochures, presentation decks, and social media creatives

* Knowledge of typography, layout, branding aesthetics, and visual storytelling

* Excellent writing and communication skills for captions and brand messaging

* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

* Experience in interior design, real estate, architecture, or construction is a plus
