We are looking for a confident, energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements and promoting our Cloud Services & Accounting Software solutions.

? Job Locations: Palghar & Mira Road

? Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain and promote our Cloud Services & Accounting Software solutions.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.

Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and technical team for customer requirements.

Provide professional and timely responses to customer queries.

? Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.





Confident and positive attitude while speaking with customers.

Basic knowledge of Tally, Accounting Software, Cloud Services or IT products will be an advantage.

Previous experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Knowledge of Hindi, English and Marathi will be an advantage.
