The role includes supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and brand compliance, managing inventory and stock, handling cash and billing, minimizing wastage, resolving customer concerns, preparing daily reports, and ensuring the outlet operates efficiently and profitably. The asst Store Manager is also responsible for training and inspiring the team, maintaining discipline, and delivering a consistently positive customer experience in line with brand standards. Past Experience in F&B; or QSR is mandatory.
