About the RoleThe Organic World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to support daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure proper product display, shelf replenishment, and merchandising.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
- Check product quality, expiry dates, and stock availability.
- Assist in inventory management and stock counting activities.
- Support billing and POS operations when required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure adherence to store SOPs and company policies.
- Coordinate with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail store, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG retail setting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of billing and store operations.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Kannada and basic English communication preferred.
