Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive with a solid background in the Pathology, Diagnostic Services, or Healthcare Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, maintaining client relationships, increasing market reach, and achieving sales targets for diagnostic and healthcare services.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients including doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and healthcare institutions.
- Promote pathology and diagnostic services to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery and client support.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS,



and market feedback regularly.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and healthcare events.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up with clients.

- Good knowledge of diagnostic and pathology services.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.

- Ability to handle corporate and institutional clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 1-4 years of sales experience in Diagnostics, Pathology, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Services industry.
- Candidates with existing network in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare sector will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
