Vehicle Finance Sales Executive – Car, Commercial & Construction Loans

Location: Chakan, Pune

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Vehicle Finance Sales Executive to join our team at Chakan.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and processing loan applications for:

- ? Car Loans
- ? Commercial Vehicle Loans
- ? Construction Equipment / Construction Vehicle Loans
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate recent customers and loan leads through market visits, references, and dealer networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with car dealers, commercial vehicle dealers, and construction equipment dealers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.




- Coordinate with the credit/operations team for login, approval, sanction, and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers and dealers throughout the loan process.
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement and sales targets.
- Maintain proper records and regular follow-ups with customers.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in Vehicle Finance / Auto Loans / Commercial Vehicle Loans / NBFC preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Car Loan, CV Loan, Tractor/Construction Equipment Finance can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
- Dealer relationship/networking experience will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
