About the Role

We are looking for motivated graduates and individuals starting their careers to join our team as Graduate Management Trainees.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, business development, sales, and team management. Successful candidates will receive structured training and guidance, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and progress into leadership and management roles.

No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with marketing and customer engagement activities
- Interact with customers in a professional and confident manner
- Learn and apply sales, communication, and relationship-building techniques
- Support day-to-day campaign and business operations
- Work closely with experienced team members and managers
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and contribute to team performance
- Develop leadership, coordination, and people-management skills

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn




- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong interest in developing a career in business and management
- Immediate joiners are preferred
