? Prepare service reports and maintain records of installations, repairs, and customer visits

? Explain equipment usage and basic maintenance procedures to customers

? Coordinate with the office for spare parts, warranty claims, and service scheduling

? Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high service standards
