Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor for our ongoing Piping & Pipeline project in Assam. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join our growing team and contribute to the successful execution of critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Lead and supervise field teams to ensure optimal productivity and coordination
- Project Oversight: Monitor and ensure smooth execution of piping and pipeline work activities
- Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve site-related challenges and hindrances promptly
- Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between company management and field operations
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress and site conditions
- Resource Management: Ensure efficient utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and site documentation

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Fresher can also apply,



but minimum 1-2 years of experience in piping and pipeline projects will be preferred first.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline installation, testing, and commissioning procedures
- Experience in team management and site supervision
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in challenging field conditions
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working with mining or industrial clients
- Certification in safety management or project management
