Position: Sales Manager
Experience: MIM 1 YEAR | Financial Services / Stock Market / Insurance / Fintech preferred
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales & telecalling team.
- Set and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, demos and conversions.
- Train and motivate sales executives.
- Handle key client queries and negotiations.
- Track team performance and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and webinar teams.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
