Position: Direct Sales Executive

- Job SummaryPromote and sell TIRON robotic vacuum cleaners.
- Generate leads and conduct customer demonstrations.
- Convert demos into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate self-leads through field visits, referrals and networking.
- Conduct in-home product demonstrations.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Handle customer queries and close sales.
- Follow up with leads and customers.
- Submit daily sales/demo reports.
- Coordinate with service/installation teams.
- Maintain the company demo kit safely.
- Eligibility12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- Age: 21–35 years.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Android smartphone mandatory.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Willing to travel in the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Earnings Structure – Direct Sales Executive1. Fixed Salary₹15,000 per month





- ₹500 will be deducted for each day of absence.
- Actual salary will depend on attendance and applicable company policies.

₹3 Lakhs Sales + 36 Demos₹15,000 + ₹7,200 + ₹15,000 = ₹37,200

₹4 Lakhs Sales + 40 Demos₹15,000 + ₹8,000 + ₹20,000 = ₹43,000

₹5 Lakhs Sales + 40 Demos₹15,000 + ₹8,000 + ₹25,000 = ₹48,000

₹6 Lakhs Sales + 50 Demos₹15,000 + ₹10,000 + ₹30,000 = ₹55,000

Earning Potential₹20,000 to ₹55,000+ per month, depending on monthly sales, number of demos, attendance and applicable company policies.
