Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Assist customers with queries related to TVs, projectors, and related products.
- Provide information about product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and services.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, delivery, installation, and services.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers when required and maintain valuable customer relationships through effective communication.
