Job SummaryBijay Pustak Bhandar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive for our educational book distribution and publishing business.

The candidate will be responsible for calling teachers, schools, coaching centres, colleges, retailers, and educational institutions, collecting and updating customer data, promoting books, sending sample copies, generating referrals, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to teachers, schools, coaching centres, colleges, tuition centres, retailers, and educational institutions.
- Introduce Bijay Pustak Bhandar Pvt. Ltd. and explain our books, publications, and distribution services.
- Collect and maintain complete teacher and institution data, including:
- Teacher Name
- Mobile Number
- School / Coaching / Institution Name
- Address / Location
- Subjects Taught
- Classes Taught
- Stream
- Board / Curriculum
- Number of Students
- Books currently used or recommended
- Other relevant academic details
- Request teachers to refer other teachers, subject faculty, coordinators, and institutions.
- Build and regularly update the teacher and customer database.
- Promote suitable books according to subject, class, board, and requirement.
- Explain book features, syllabus relevance, editions, and academic benefits.
- Arrange sample copies for interested teachers and institutions.
- Follow up after sample delivery and collect feedback.
- Convince teachers to recommend, adopt, or prescribe books.
- Generate leads and convert interested prospects into confirmed orders.




- Follow up for repeat orders and upcoming academic session requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and teachers.
- Coordinate with Field Sales Executives for school visits and important leads.
- Coordinate with billing, dispatch, warehouse, and back-office teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily calling reports, follow-up records, lead status, and sales reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong follow-up ability.
- Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good data collection and record-maintenance skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and computer operations.
- Ability to learn quickly about books, publishers, subjects, classes, and academic requirements.

Language RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.

- Preferred Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Education Sales, Publishing, Book Distribution, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
