About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer who can create engaging and professional visual content for our organization, social media platforms, news portals, events, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design creative posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, and promotional creatives for social media.
- Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Design news graphics, breaking news posts, headlines, thumbnails and informational creatives for news portals.
- Create creatives for NGO activities, CSR initiatives, awareness campaigns, events and special occasions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Work closely with the HR, Media, Content and Management teams to understand design requirements.
- Create designs within deadlines and handle multiple design requirements efficiently.
- Edit and improve existing designs as per requirements.
- Keep updated with current design trends, social media trends and creative formats.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva.




- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW will be an advantage.
- Positive understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts and visual composition.
- Ability to create attractive and professional social media creatives.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing and image retouching.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate

- Freshers with good designing skills can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 years of experience always will be preferred.
- A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field is an advantage.
- Candidates having a portfolio of previous designs will be preferred.
