The Organic World is a leading retail chain focused on providing organic, natural, and healthy products to customers. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Store Associates to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked, arranged, and replenished.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Monitor product availability and report stock shortages.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing inventory.
- Support promotional activities and in-store offers.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
- Work towards achieving store sales and customer service targets.
- Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in retail stores, supermarkets, or FMCG outlets.
- Basic knowledge of customer service and sales.
- Positive communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of billing and inventory processes is preferred.
