We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecallers who can communicate effectively with students and parents, understand their requirements, and provide them with accurate information about our courses, counselling services, and admission opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.
- Understand the student's educational background, requirements, and career goals.
- Explain NEETSupport's courses, counselling services, admission process, and advantages clearly.
- Handle queries professionally and build a positive relationship with prospective students and parents.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication.
- Convert qualified leads into counselling sessions/admissions.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status accurately.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling/sales team for smooth lead conversion.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for every caller.
- What We're Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly and convincingly.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/MS Office is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers are welcome! Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, counselling, or sales will be an added advantage.
